Working in collaboration with UX designer Sean Patrick, Clarke oversaw the redesign initiative of a large queuing system for a virtual reality experience center. The design included backend and frontend improvements. Admin and guest user experience were addressed. The challenge of streamlining multiple guests through a large space with over fifty experiences, seven days a week, was a large undertaking. On the admin content management side, Clarke worked to streamline data storage and access, while facilitating a more intuitive and stable interface to implement content and parameter changes. Towards the guest user experience the design sought to lessen wait times between experiences and streamline navigation of the space from sign in to efficiency of play time.
